SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES:

• Performs walk around inspection before each run, completing a vehicle checklist

• Transports the children daily between center/school or school/center

• Transports the children on field trips and assists with supervision of children

• Responsible for keeping vehicle clean and neat on the interior (daily)

• Responsible for keeping vehicles fueled, checking oil with each fueling

• Responsible for vehicle inspection, tires and repairs

• Responsible for vehicle inspection, tires and repairs as directed by Supervisor

• Responsible for acquainting children and teachers with safety and appropriate behavior when in the bus including seat belt and child restraint usage and procedures

• Pre-Employment and Random Drug Testing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma

• Valid driver's license and good motor vehicle record

• Current Physical, TB Test, PA Criminal, Child Abuse, FBI Clearances, and NSOR Clearance

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Clean driving record

• Pre-employment and random drug testing required

• Required for Bus Driver: current PA Class B-CDL license with school bus and passenger endorsements
